There is nothing more satisfying than putting on a new pair of boots that you have been waiting to get your hands on. I didn't think these were my style at first because I have more of a classic style, but when I put these boots on I felt like it brought my bland, everyday skinny jeans to life. These boots actually epitomizes class and have the sleekness to prove it.
These are not your average, run of the mill, boots. The leather is buttery soft and the suede is thick and smooth. Who says you can't be comfortable and stylish. That is my favorite part about Stuart Weitzman shoes in general. The goal is not only to look great, but also to feel great. My feet do not have to suffer for beauty.
At a hefty retail price of $655, are they worth it?
It depends on who you ask, but since you are asking me, I say YES!!! These boots are definitely an investment. However, with that investment you hope to have them for years to come as I do. I do not plan on buying this same boot every year, unless it's in a different color. The leather and suede in the front is beautiful, but of course in the back there is neither suede nor leather. There is a stretchy material that conforms to the calf and the back of my legs. This material seems lasting and durable, but only time will tell that. The material is a bit slouchy at the ankles, but it doesn't affect the look of the boot or the appeal of it. This boot is expensive and yes you are partly paying for the name. However, there is no denying the quality of the boot and it really comes down to if you like the aesthetic of the boot and are willing to pay the price for something you like. I was and don't regret my decision at all! These boots definitely turn heads and I feel great in them!
- SHAJUANA'S LASTING THOUGHTS -
I absolutely love these boots and am so happy I added them to my shoe collection. The leather ones I can wear for a more casual look and with the suede ones they can be dressed up a bit more. If you are not buying both, then choose the look that you think you will rocking most of the time. I really like the fact that they are not completely flat, but has a bit of a heel. I also like that the leather pair has more of a structured and shiny look that will bring any regular jean outfit up to the next level. Be prepared to try these lovely boots on before buying them. The sizing seems to be bigger than usual and I found that the narrow width in the suede hugs my foot better than the medium width. Happy shoe shopping and I hope this helped you figure out if you wanted to buy them or not!
